Evidence Based Career Coaching with Robel Rezene, CareerPoint Project Manager with West Michigan Works

11:00 AM – 11:45 AM. Via Zoom

Evidence Based Career Coaching is a style in which we practice coaching competencies alongside assessments that help the participant better understand their career interests, character strengths, and cognitive strengths. This evidence fuels conversations about exploring career options and pathways that will be fulfilling to the participant long-term. It also can assist in building confidence when setting and following through career goals due to affirmations received from the evidence. CareerPoint is a unique way in how we approach this type of work. Our career coaches practice a 7-step model starting with that first encounter and ending in fulfilled employment.

Certificate of Completion will be available upon request: no CEUs or SCECHs.
